System602 company was founded in 1992 as an independent division of Software602. It was transformed into an independent corporationin in March 1996. Main activities are next to an addition to system and hardware, support video conferencing, audio conferencing, webinars and webcasts security and last but not least offer the establishment and operation of call centers.

Software602 Slovensko s.r.o. was founded in febuary of 1993 in Bratislava as subsidiary company of Software602. In addition to selling solutions, Software602 provides services for the banking sector and its clients.

Subsidiary company based in Jacksonville Beach, Florida (USA). Focuses on delivery for customers around the world, with tools for converting documents.
