Some of Software602’s consultants have been certified to Prince2. PRINCE2 is recognised as the world-class international standard method for project management, not least because it embodies many years of good practice in project management and provides a flexible and adaptable approach to suit all projects. It is a project management method designed to provide a framework covering the wide variety of disciplines and activities required within a project.

ISO/IEC 20000-1 is an international standard for service management quality in the information technology area. Throughout the certification process, the auditor (in the case of Software602, it was the global auditor company Tayllor & Cox) checks whether IT service supplier focuses on clients' needs, whether appropriate processes are established, whether these processes are in fact kept and whether the supplier keeps improving.
